What is it

Fotona4D® is an innovative laser treatment that uses a unique combination of 2 complementary laser wavelengths to treat 4 distinct “dimensions” of the skin to rejuvenate and tighten from the inside out. Fotona4D® offers a non-surgical, non-invasive facelift alternative that delivers natural-looking, long-lasting results.

Enabled by the expanded capabilities of the Nd:YAG and Er:YAG wavelengths, the laser provides up to four dimensions of treatment. Fotona's complementary Er:YAG and Nd:YAG wavelengths are synergistically applied in 4 different modes: SMOOTH®, FRAC3®, PIANO® and SupErficial to work on deeper, medial and superficial connective structures of the skin, while simultaneously targeting different skin imperfections. Multiple treatment modalities range from the 2-dimensional TwinLight® procedure to the 4-dimensional Fotona4D® procedure. What does the treatment feel like?

The treatment differs for everyone, but generally there is no pain. You will feel a warm sensation on the treated area, and sometime you will feel a much hotter sensation that dissipates quickly.

How long does a treatment take, and is there downtime?
Treatment times vary for each person. After your initial consultation we’ll have a personalised plan for you outlining how long the different parts of the treatment will take. The procedure is non-surgical and non-invasive. In most cases there is little-to-no downtime.
