We send all our parcels using tracked express courier. Currently, due to high shipping rates where we have seen courier costs double over the COVID period and continue to remain at their peak, Lissom has temporarily halted all overseas shipping.
Within New Zealand
LISSOM uses CourierPost (part of NZ Post) as the main service provider for domestic parcel deliveries.
Free courier service is available for all shipments over NZ$80.
A $5 courier fee is payable for shipments NZ$80 and below.

Please provide a physical address (i.e. not a PO Box).
If requiring a signature, ensure it is an address where someone is present to sign for the package between 8am and 5pm on weekdays only. A work address would be preferred.
If not requiring a signature, please provide details of where to leave the parcel if you are not at home. Please note, this will be at your risk. Lost / missing parcels that have been marked as "delivered" to the correct address according to CourierPost's tracking details will not be refunded by Lissom.
A tracking number would be emailed to your nominated email address as soon as the parcel is picked up by CourierPost from our warehouse premises. You should receive your order within 2-6 working days. We do not process orders over the weekend or on public holidays.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Product exchanges for store credit and refunds within New Zealand are available on request for faulty items only within 30 days of receiving your order.
If the item you have received is faulty, please email us at email@example.com with an explanation noting why a refund is required and attaching an image of the faulty product. Lissom will respond within a 48 hour period.
You cannot claim a refund if:
- You used the product in a way that a reasonable consumer would not.
- You used the product so much that it is reasonable that it broke.
- You broke or lost the product.
- You experiences allergies and / or an intolerance when using the product.
- You modified the product, and this is what caused the issue.
For New Zealand return requests, Lissom may require you to return the faulty item in the original box packaging with a prepaid courier slip to our New Zealand warehouse address for further assessment before the refund is processed.
Fair Trading Act 1986 (New Zealand)
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand)
The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold on the website. In the event that goods sold are deficient or are faulty, the Seller (Lissom) has the obligation to repair, replace or refund.
Please note that within our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not offer product refunds or exchanges for change of mind or dislike of texture or fragrance of a product after purchase.
Try before you buy
We supply testers across the range at Lissom Spa and Beauty and authorised retail outlets so you can experience our products before you purchase, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for dislike of texture or fragrance.
Remember that your skin is more sensitive during hormonal fluctuations, pregnancy, menopause, wintertime and while taking medication. We therefore recommend carrying out a patch test on your skin before use, and have that reminder on our packaging.

You don't need to register your details and create an account to purchase, but it will save you time the next time you shop if you do. Then our system will securely store them and automatically recall them each time you login in to the site – making online shopping much more efficient for you. Lissom respects your privacy and never sells, distributes or shares your information with any third party. We collect and keep your information strictly confidential. Processing your order
Orders are processed and dispatched within one to five working days of receipt.
We like to keep you posted, so we will send you an email to let you know your order has been processed and dispatched.
Making your payment
All prices on the website are by default shown in New Zealand dollars. Your shopping cart displays the goods you have purchased. Discount codes and shipping costs (applicable if shipping outside of New Zealand) are calculated during checkout, before payment.
All orders are processed securely pending availability and credit verification with PayPal Express Checkout, Shopify Payments, POLi Internet Banking, and Afterpay. Please refer to these payment providers for their respective privacy policies.
Any information you send will be encrypted when it is entered and when in transit. Credit card details are not shared with Lissom International Limited. Your information remains completely confidential.
