DIRECTIONS
The best way to think of BePure Digest Assist is like a whole food that's been concentrated into a powder form, packed into an easy-to-swallow capsule and designed to be taken daily, alongside your wholesome, healthy meals to fill in the nutritional gaps for optimal health.
Recommended daily dose: Must take 5-15 minus before eating. Take 1 capsule 3 times daily before food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. To ensure maximum absorption, we do recommend that you aim to take BePure Digest Assist on an empty stomach, without drinks such as coffee, tea or alcohol.
Precautions:
