Taken daily, Period Pal provides support for: Regular periods, PMS, Mood swings or low moods, Bloating and/or support fluid imbalance, Hormonal skin breakout, Breast comfort, Hormone-related worry & stress.
INGREDIENTS
Each serving (2 capsules) contains:
- Chaste Tree (Vitex agnus castus) Extract 400mg
- Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Extract 300mg
- Ginkgo Biloba Extract 320mg
- Zinc as Zinc Gluconate 15mg
- Iodine from Kelp 100mcg
Additional ingredients: Hypromellose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate
DIRECTIONS
Take 2 capsules daily in the morning with your breakfast, or as directed by your health practitioner.
Precautions:
Nightshade allergy warning - do not take if you are allergic to nightshades or have a known sensitivity any of the ingredients in this products.
