Lissom Spa & Beauty specialises in mesotherapy using FILLMED's hero product, NCTF 135HA, which has proven itself as a particularly effective solution for recreating the ideal conditions for regeneration skin and to reinforce the rehydrating and plumping action of the dermis.

About Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is a treatment that has been used with great success in the most diverse fields of application in France since 1952. Developed by the French physician Dr. Michel Pistor, the method, which involves injecting hyaluronic acid to rejuvenate the face, has become firmly established in France and around the world as an effective method of slowing down and correcting the effects of ageing by improving the texture, density, hydration and brightness of the skin.

FILLMED has designed, developed and marketed anti-ageing products for medical aesthetic professionals since 1978 for surgeons, dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners. These products correct the signs of ageing and improve skin quality. FILLMED's NCTF 135HA solution is a mesotherapy treatment formulation that deeply revitalises the skin of the face, by providing all the nutrients it needs in a targeted way. Administered using a 0.6mm Nanosoft device, the needle can hardly be felt and the one hour treatment is virtually painless.

The NanoSoft™ is made up of 3 silicone micro-cones of 0,6mm. It is single-use and can be adapted to all syringes. It allows practitioners to perform “standard” and accurate injections into the dermis. The NanoSoft™ is around three times smaller than a normal injection needle.

It improves patient comfort, minimises the risk of bruising and makes the rest of the aesthetic protocol easier: small papules immediately form and quickly spread the product around the dermis. These papules do not last longer than 24 hours.

Treating the eyelids is always a challenge: the procedure has to be effective but not too aggressive because it can be painful for the patients. With the NanoSoft™, the procedure is comfortable and the patients are reassured. Good results can be achieved on crow’s feet wrinkles and neck. These delicate areas often suffer from bruising, which could put some patients off having the injections.

Treatment Length

Each treatment lasts between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the targeted areas. It is performed on an outpatient basis in our clinic rooms. The treatment sessions are recommended to be repeated two times at one week intervals, then two more times every 6 months thereafter to see the best results. Ongoing treatment every 6 months is recommended.

Two days before your appointment: Do not take any aspirin or anticoagulant drugs, and arrive ideally without make up in preparation for the areas to be treated.

Up to two days after your appointment: Immediately after the session, the skin may sometimes be a bit red or slightly bruised. We encourage the use of topical hyaluronic acid and masks to soothe, but these will disappear after just a few days. Do not expose your skin to sunlight, do not use coloured, new or very tight clothes on the targeted areas, and do not apply any creams or powder – except if specifically prescribed by your beauty therapist or a physician. Do not expose the targeted areas to x-rays.

What are the risks during treatment?

Like with other procedures using injections into or underneath the skin, local symptoms (reddening, itching) and small bruises can appear. These recede after a short time. Allergic reactions are prevented as far as possible through careful preliminary examination and consultation. A high standard of cleanliness using sterile instruments and disposable syringes minimises the risk of infections. Our experienced beauty therapist, Michelle S., operates with precision and has performed well over 1,000 mesotherapy treatments to date and has never had a single mishap so you are in safe hands.

  • Treatment is carried out over 3 to 5 sessions at two to three-week intervals. Maintaining sessions every 3 to 6 months depending on the requirements of your skin and the ageing grade.
  • No downtime necessary, just a slight risk of redness or bruising at the injection sites that will quickly and naturally disappear.
  • The pain is minimal (the needle is short and fine at only 0.6mm); local anaesthetic is generally not required.
  • Contraindications: Mesotherapy is not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, those with autoimmune diseases or who are taking immuno-therapeutic treatments, and those with a history of allergies, infections, or inflammations in the zone(s) to be treated.

How much does a mesotherapy session cost?
