Coronavirus And Your Lissom Spa & Beauty Visit (22 October, 2021)

In line with the New Zealand Government's introduction of a 90% nationwide double vaccination target and the subsequent implementation of a traffic light system for New Zealand, at this stage our latest update is as follows:

  • Lissom Spa & Beauty will continue to remain temporarily closed until Auckland reaches the 90% vaccination target across all three DHBs.
  • We are keeping on top of current news and health recommendations from the New Zealand Ministry of Health to keep our team and our guests as safe as possible, and will reopen once the Government allows those with vaccination certificates to reopen spas and beauty clinics, and also when we are confident that there are no risks to do so.
  • In the meantime, our online store (www.lissombeauty.com) remains open and dispatch will remain business as usual with dispatch within 2-5 business days. Please be patient as Courier Post is encountering delays during the lockdown period as a result of increased parcel volumes. If you don't receive your parcel within a week, please get in touch with us via email: hello@lissombeauty.com
  • The Lissom Team currently operate with reduced staffing capacity, picking and packing online orders at a 2+ metre distance from each other. The ones who are allowed in are double vaccinated and have not been in any places of interest within the past 30 days.

In terms of Lissom's businesses approach and practices, regardless of COVID alert levels, we always follow strict hygiene procedures in accordance with the New Zealand Beauty Therapy Association practices for client safety:

💧 Using a hospital grade disinfectant and disposable paper towels to wipe down all surfaces daily before picking and packing orders.

💧 We practice a 3-4 step antibacterial and UV sterilisation process for tools and towels, and this will continue vigilantly.

💧 Regular hand washing when packing your online orders.

💧 The use of disposable gloves, cups, and face masks on premises.
