Coronavirus Update from Lissom (5 April, 2020)

Dear All:

Whilst New Zealand is in lockdown during COVID-19 Alert Level 4, we have registered with MBIE to sell essential products only. Whilst we remain at Alert Level 4, online orders will continue to be despatched for Kerastase hair products only subject to MBIE approval, that are for maintaining personal care and hygiene during this time.

During this time, we continue to work with Kerastase New Zealand's warehouse team to process and dispatch orders according to MBIE requirements in accordance with these conditions to ensure your safety:

  1. Only take orders online (our spa phone line is currently unattended).
  2. Take orders only for essential non-food goods.
  3. Take all appropriate public health measures to protect your staff and customers (e.g. physical distancing, hygiene basics, appropriate personal protective equipment).
  4. Home deliver all essential goods in a contactless way.

Deliveries for the rest of Lissombeauty.com's online offerings will resume once the nationwide restrictions are lifted. In the meantime, orders for non-essential products can still be placed online.

Lissom Spa & Beauty has been closed since 23 March 2020. We will reopen when the COVID-19 alert is reduced and when we are confident that there are no risks to do so, and we will rebook customers whose appointments have been postponed.

In the meantime, we will work from home on developing our spa offerings further, and will launch our Health and Wellness blog and online platform featuring brands that we we are authorised to use and retail in-spa.

We are missing our loyal customers dearly, and look forward to the day when this passes. Hope you are all staying healthy and happy during the lockdown.
